In July 2023, Daniel Hurd and Ali Reza combined their 25 years of executive search & consulting industry work experience and real life domestic partnership/marriage and opened DNA Partners. 



Daniel Hurd, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Daniel has over two decades of staffing and executive search experience. Prior to DNA Partners, Daniel spent nearly 15 years as the Executive Vice President of one of the largest legal staffing firms in the U.S. He spent another 5 years managing the Legal, Human Resources, Healthcare, IT and Accounting & Finance verticals as the EVP of a national staffing firm.  Daniel has held COO, SVP and Managing Partner roles at major staffing firms across the United States.    Daniel received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.

Ali Reza, Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ali has over 25 years of consulting, recruiting and professional search experience. Ali has worked for many years alongside the big 3 (Accenture, Deloitte, PWC) in his early years as a consultant. After many successful projects he decided to go in house and work with the federal government on IT strategy, project management initiatives and recruitment retention for small to large federal government agencies. With is PMP certification, he also helped lead many projects to success. Prior to DNA Partners, Ali also served as a Board Member on many different non-profit national organizations in the US. Ali received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a concentration in IT/Finance from James Madison University and is fluent in Farsi.
